Which course delivery method suits better for you?

Frontier Training and Technology courses are delivered using a variety of different learning methods.
We have three main methods to deliver our courses and you can choose the delivery method that accommodates your goals and your learning style.

Class-based

It happens when the students come to college and have a class face-to-face with the trainer and their colleagues. The students that chose the class-based delivery method normally would like to have a massive theory information about the subjects and solve their doubts on the time. Classes are delivered in very small groups of people, it is a good opportunity to exchange information and knowledge among the trainer and students.

Work-based

This option suits the students that have a busy life and couldn’t find a time during the week to go to a class-based at Frontier. We deliver all training and assessment in your workplace, during work time.  Courses are based on practical, hands-on training, with your own work being used for assessment. The trainer gets prepared to make the subjects relevant to the job, ensuring it is interesting and practical for students using relevant industry examples and case studies.

Blended Learning

It is a mix between the class-based and work-based delivery method. For example, the students could attend some class at Frontier for theoretical
business units and also have the trainer visiting their workplace for building and construction practical units.

RPL

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an assessment pathway to gain a qualification if you believe that you have the skills, knowledge and experience gained through work, training courses and work-based training to meet the requirements of the course.
