Verify Your Frontier Qualification

Frontier Training and Technology Pty Ltd provides an online certificate verification service to assist students, employers and other authorised parties in confirming the authenticity of certificates issued by Frontier.

If you have received a certificate from Frontier, you can verify its authenticity using our official verification portal.

If your certificate number starts with C, enter your certificate number below to verify:

Certificate Verification Status

If your certificate is successfully verified, the verification result confirms that the certificate is valid and authentic according to Frontier’s records.

If your certificate does not automatically verify, please do not panic. Some records may require a manual review or reconciliation. Please contact Frontier directly and our team will review the details and assist with confirming your certificate.

To request a hard copy, please email us at info@frontier.edu.au and we will provide payment instructions.

Important Student Information

Frontier’s registration status is currently under review by the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). The cancellation decision is currently subject to the ongoing ART review, and the matter is listed for a resumed hearing on 14 October 2026.

We understand that this situation may cause concern for students. Frontier is continuing to assist students with their individual records and completion-related matters.

Check Your USI

We are currently asking students to check their USI status so that we can identify and resolve any outstanding USI reconciliation, technical or record-related issues.

If your USI is showing correctly, no further action is required.

If your certificate is not automatically verified, please do not panic. This may simply require a manual check. Contact us directly and our team will re-check your details and manually confirm the certificate where appropriate.

If you completed your qualification in 2026, there is no need to be concerned about the USI upload at this stage, as the relevant upload is not yet due.

We encourage all students to check their USI and certificate details and contact us promptly if anything does not appear correctly. Our priority is to address every student’s individual matter and resolve any reconciliation or technical issues as quickly as possible.
