CPC40110 – Certificate IV in Building and Construction – Building

That is designed to meet the needs of builders and managers of small to medium-sized building businesses or those seeking to obtain the technical qualifications to apply for a builders license.

The builder may also be the appropriately licensed person with responsibility under the relevant building licensing authority in the State or Territory. Builder licensing varies across States and Territories and additional requirements to the attainment of this qualification may be required.

This program will cover common skills for the construction industry and practices related to low rise constructions, providing the knowledge and skills required to manage a small or medium-sized business.

CPC50210 – Diploma of Building and Construction – Building

This course is designed for management roles in the building and construction industries.

This program will cover common skills for the construction industry and practices related to management, human resources and leadership. Potential career outcomes after course completion are a project manager, construction manager, estimating manager and sales manager.

CPC50308 – Diploma of Building and Construction – Management
