This course provides knowledge and skills to work in care roles in the community and/or residential settings.

We aim at equipping the students with not only the knowledge but also the skills to excel in the field they are pursuing. This course will prepare participants to follow an individualized plan to provide support and meet personal care needs, implement individualized plans and empower those with disabilities.

Participants will have a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge, as well as some theoretical knowledge of the concepts and practices required to provide person-centred support.
